When approval is finally given by the BMW AG board, the folks at the Canadian head office in Whitby will review the various locations and decide who'll sell the Mini. It seems unlikely that the company will pass over Toronto, however, even with its wide highways.
The Mini will be sold by BMW dealers, not in a stand-alone store or by the Land Rover dealers that are now directly controlled by the Whitby office. It'll be a store-inside-a-store kind of thing, with a separate color scheme inside a regular BMW dealership.
