All-new Toyota Auris ready to shine at the Paris Auto Show

Scheduled to make its world debut at the 2012 Paris Auto Show in September, the all-new Toyota Auris features youthful styling and aerodynamic lines. Actually, the front section is fairly reminiscent of the popular Yaris. It's also 3 cm longer, 5.5 cm lower, and 40 kg lighter than its predecessor.

A pair of diesel engines (1.4L and 2.0L) will be available along with a 1.3L gasoline variant and a 1.8L hybrid system.

Production of the Toyota Auris will take place in the U.K.

Prices and specifications will be revealed at a later date, most likely around the Paris show. We still don't know exactly when and where the Auris will go on sale.
